Meet Your Trademark Attorney

From Marketing and Creative Development to Intellectual Property.

Before becoming a Japanese Patent & Trademark Attorney, I worked across several creative and business fields, including marketing and copywriting, game planning, manga scenario writing, web development, and IT education.

These experiences taught me that choosing the right words matters. A good brand name must do more than meet legal requirements. It should communicate effectively, connect with its intended audience, and support the business behind it.

After passing Japan’s national Patent Attorney Examination in 2023, I established Rights Plus IP Office in Tokyo in 2024.

Today, I combine my experience in marketing, creative development, and intellectual property to help businesses protect their trademarks in Japan.

I also develop my own digital products, including Tancolle, an online subscription-based study platform for Japan’s Patent Attorney Examination, launched in 2025.

As both a trademark professional and a creator, I understand that a brand name is not merely a legal asset. It is something a business must build, communicate, and develop over time.

My goal is not simply to help you register a trademark in Japan, but to help you protect a name that works for your business.
